With over 35 years of custom machining experience,
we have what it takes to complete your projects.
We use the most up to date versions of Solidworks and Camworks to design and program all components. Our capacities are broad and we feel like we can make just about anything. If we can't make it, then it is highly likely that we know someone who can. We not only offer high quality machining, but we also broker some items in order to give you a "one stop shop" kind of experience. We offer in house high speed screw machine work, precision milling and turning with 4th axis capabilities. Some of the items that we broker require steel stamping, laser cutting, injection molding, casting and extruding.
Our customer base ranges from the outdoor/hunting industry to high voltages switches, jet boat components and pumps, home heating, high volume suction components, and even lineman tools and grounding clamps. Our Capacities
We have a wide variety of machines used to create your products. They include:
5 CNC Mills
We have four vertical and one horizontal, Haas CNC mills. Several of our vertical mills are fitted with automatic indexers or 4th axis fixtures. Most of our CNC mills are fitted with pallet changers for more efficient production.
6 Okuma CNC Lathes
We run 6 Okuma Captain L370 CNC Lathes. Four or the six have live tooling and one is set up for rigid tapping and threading. Our capacities go up to 3" bar feed for high production jobs or a 12" chuck for one off parts.
2 Swiss Lathes
We have one Citizen L32 and one Citizen L20, both with 9 axis machining capability. Our L20 lathe has been upgraded to a 25mm capacity.
6 Haas CNC Lathes
We run 2 Haas ST20Y sub spindle Lathes, both with live tooling, Y axis milling and auto bar feeders. 3 Haas ST15 sub spindle Lathes, one with live tooling and Y axis milling, one long bed with up to 32" length capacity. All ST15's are fitted with Hydraulic bar feeders for high production jobs. 1 Haas CL1 lathe with a hydraulic bar feeder.
